Parks and Beaches

Euclid features many public beaches and parks to entertain outdoorsy locals and nature lovers when it is just too nice out to sit around inside. Euclid Parkside and Sims Park, popular public beaches along the shores of Lake Erie, offer a place to enjoy a pleasant walk along the shoreline or kick back and relax while watching the beautiful sunset over the lake. For swimming, Villa Angela State Park in Cleveland and Mentor Headlands State Park in Mentor lie just a short distance away. Euclid also features several private beaches, such as Noble Beach, Royal Acres Beach, and Utopia Beach.

Euclid Area Cuisine

Euclid offers a variety of options when it comes to dining out, with dishes as culturally diverse as the restaurants and people who serve them. Some of the locals’ favorite spots are not within Euclid itself, but are just a short distance away. For an upscale casual dining experience, visit Beach Club Bistro on Lake Shore Boulevard in Cleveland. If you prefer a saloon-type atmosphere, check out Paradise Restaurant and Pub on Babbitt Road in Euclid. Marta's Restaurant and Bar just down the road from the Softball Museum receives much praise for its excellent chicken paprikash, fish fry, and Czech beers.
