How is the nightlife in Dublin?
Dublin doesn't have happening nightclubs, but it's got a great selection of pubs and taverns. There's a lot of Irish influence there, but expect to find fun at night in the local sports bars and neighborhood type places. There's one jazz and blues club up toward San Ramon that's fun - called ShBoom.
What's the weather like in Dublin?
Dublin's climate features warm summers and cool winters. Though summer temperatures tend to stay in the 70s, the warmest month of the year is July with an average maximum temperature of 89 degrees Fahrenheit. The coldest month of the year, on the other hand, is December with an average minimum temperature of 37 degrees Fahrenheit, although winter temperatures are generally in the 40s. Annual average precipitation amounts to about 15 inches, and rainfall in is fairly evenly distributed throughout the year.

It depends on what you're looking for, but most restaurants in Dublin are concentrated in one area of town, which is on either side of the Officer John Paul Monego Memorial Freeway.
