Deer Lick Park and the Douglas County Skate Park are also nearby for those who want to ride the rails and perform skating and skateboarding tricks. With Atlanta only a short drive away, you can have access to all the outdoor activities that a world class-city can offer.

One of the top-rated restaurants in town gives you a feel for real Southern cooking. Gumbeaux's Cajun Cafe serves up some of the best seafood anywhere in the Atlanta area. Taste of Thai also gets high marks for serving simple Thai food in a very nice atmosphere. There are also a number of Japanese, Italian, and steakhouses in the area.
