Olentangy Indian Cave
Visiting the Olentangy Indian Caverns may or may not a spelunking activity by definition, but it certainly is an enjoyable and worthwhile experience. The caves themselves formed back in antiquity, literally millions of years in the past. Much closer in time, the Wyandotte Indians used the caves as their personal accommodations. As such, visiting the caves not only provides an interesting look at the natural formations of nature, but also provides a historical perspective on indigenous people of the area. This is an adventurous excursion that is certain to be enjoyed by the entire family, young and old alike.
