The seventh largest city in Arkansas and the county seat of Faulkner County, Conway plays host to three major colleges and has earned the nickname \The City of Colleges\ as a result. The Sky is the Limit

There is a school for everyone in the city of Conway, whether you are utilizing the public or private school systems or taking classes at one of the several different colleges in town. The University of Central Arkansas calls Conway its home and many students will typically attend one of the local junior colleges to obtain their associates degree and then transfer to the university to finish their four-year degree. For those interested in becoming a barber, Missions Barber College is geared towards producing the finest barbers of the area by teaching classic techniques and updated styles to suit the needs of residents both here and elsewhere.

There are many places to worship in Conway, so whether you are looking for a Catholic mass or a Baptist, Presbyterian, or Pentecostal service, you can find a church home here. There are also many different private Christian schools in the city as well, offering another option and alternative to public schools in the area. Kingston Presbyterian is the oldest church in town, located off of Main Street, and boasts a four-generation community of followers when Kingston's roots can be traced back to the 1700s. It is now considered a "mother church" and has established four other churches in the area with similar teachings and beliefs.

You can ask someone who has lived in Conway all their lives where to grab a bite to eat you will get many different opinions, along with several great options to choose from. If Cajun cuisine tickles your fancy, you should try Mike's Place in downtown Conway. For the nights Italian is on the menu, try Michelangelo's in downtown as well for rooftop dining and a very popular happy hour. There is something about snacking on peanuts and throwing the shells on the floor while waiting for your steak that many love, so if you are one of those people, Colton's Steakhouse is just the place for you.
