Air Museums

If you love airplanes and other flying machines, Chino has a lot to offer you. The city is home to not one but two air museums, making it uniquely equipped to educate and entertain anyone who is interested in flight. The Planes of Fame museum has locations in other parts of the country and offers Chino residents the opportunity to learn more about World War II aircraft and aircraft carriers. Additionally, the Yanks Flying Museum offers Chino residents the opportunity to see multiple planes of different sizes and uses from different eras throughout history. Veterans and active-duty military personnel can go to Yanks for free.

Prado Regional Park

In Spanish, "Prado" means "meadow", and this park can be thought of as a meadow of recreational opportunities for Chino residents. There is a huge array of options to choose from in terms of outdoor entertainment, including biking and walking trails, fishing ponds, campgrounds, a disc golf course, two 18-hole golf courses, a shooting range, and an archery range. If taking it easy is more your style, you can also use onsite picnic and meeting facilities at Prado Regional Park. You can enjoy the park's picnic shelters to host a family cookout the provided BBQ grills.
