We have LOVED living here and the location and condo are fabulous, as are the neighbors. The Cohousing aspect was something we had never heard of before renting here, but what I've found is the people that live here are very into recycling and community, among various other interests. I really enjoyed the community garden and did a lot of work out there this summer.
