Meet Me in Chesterfie

Even though it has a lovely, small-town charm, Chesterfield has enough big-city action to keep everyone entertained. Patrons of the arts will have no problem finding plenty of culture and art around town. Residents who like strolling through museums can find plenty to see at places like the Art Gallery in Hog Hollow and Art Trends Gallery. Residents can catch a ballet at the Alexandra Ballet, sit back and listen to some Brahms at the Louis Civic Orchestra, or enjoy singing and dancing at Stages St. Louis. There are enough live shows in Chesterfield to fill your calendar for years to come.

Central Park

For those who prefer a more formal setting for their fun, head to Central Park. With 38 acres, multiple pools, a splash playground, water slides, a lazy river, and several playgrounds, the kids will be begging you to go back again and again. Picnic tables, benches, and "funbrellas" make it a great, comfortable place to relax while the kids run and splash. The amphitheater at Central Park is a community hangout spot that frequently hosts special events, including movie nights, jazz concerts, and orchestral performances. Those people traveling to Faust Park will find a large playground, carousel, historical village, the iconic “Butterfly House.”
