  • What neighborhoods in Cambridge are good for eating out?

    There are many good neighborhoods for eating out in Cambridge. Most of them are down by the water, north of Washington St. One particularly good spot for dining is to the east of Chesapeake College, with eateries like Snappers Waterfront Cafe, Bistro Poplar, Portside Seafood Restaurant, and Jimmie and Sooks. Along Ocean Gateway between Cedar St and Radiance Dr is also full of restaurants.

  • Are there any quiet neighborhoods in Cambridge?

    Yes. Algonquin is one of Cambridge's quieter neighborhoods. With mostly single-family, medium-sized dwellings, this predominantly owner-occupied area lies northwestern side of Cambridge. This neighborhood is also rural in terms of population density, a factor that may contribute to its tranquil nature, as does the fact that it's coastal. Another neighborhood that shares many characteristics with Algonquin, including its low noise levels, is Sunburst Highway / Choptank River Bridge, although its population is a bit more dense than Algonquin's.
