Digging Into Brighton
Tap the Rockies! Actually, Brighton is a little too far to the east to make that happen, so you'll have to be content with your Coors Light for the time being. Brighton is a modestly upscale spot that's considered a suburb of Denver, though just barely. You see, it's a bit far from Denver proper. But then again so is the airport (seriously, have you been there?). The median age here is fairly young at 32, and given the solidly suburban character of Brighton, you can guesstimate that it's due to the presence of young families.
Speaking of young, it's never too early to get started on securing your wicked cool apartment here in Brighton, and with our help you'll be done before you're so far over the hill you're at the beginning of the other side. (Yes, we'd love to claim that idiom for our own, but we can't.)

Brighton, Colorado Pricing Figures From Before Yesterday
For a gander at the streets of Brighton, you could do worse than taking a look-see at this video whipped up by the elder statesmen (and stateswomen) of Brighton. Though you'll see mostly homes in the video, rest assured apartments await you as well in this quality locale. But - and there's always a but butting into such matters - you'll want to look into recent pricing trends for Brighton before assuming the worst. Or the best, for that matter.
Check out our rental and census data tables as well as our other fact sheets for more info about affordability and options for your future new digs. Feel free to start your inquiry into livable, lovable rentals by clicking on the offerings listed below."
It's All About Brighton
In these first minutes of our online meeting with you, the reader, we'd like to do a little house (er, apartment) cleaning:
Brighton, Colorado's sister city, Ziębice, in Poland, extends its warmest wishes to this east-from-Denver distant suburb and gives it a great big ""Dobra Robota!"" This is Polish for ""Congrats"" if you didn't know. Congratulations for what, exactly? How about the fact that...well...we'll let the city show you. They've concocted this great video praising Brighton's quality of life, for those with a mind to make their home here.
Yes, Brighton's QOL - that'd be ""Quality of Life,"" though we're not sure that particular abbreviation gets much currency - is something to be admired. Brighton takes advantage of its fortune in being located in the still mostly unspoilt West, and leverages its natural wonders for the purpose of giving its residents some seriously kick butt Parks and Rec. An itinerary stuffed with trails, snails, and quite possibly racoons tails, awaits you if visiting any of the following is of interest: Benedict Park, Observatory Park, Campbell Park, Happy Tails Dog Park (replace the 'coon above with Rover), and the swimmingly named Brighton Oasis Outdoor Family Aquatic Park. What's astounding is that this isn't even close to an exhaustive list. But this is.
The Parks Maintenance Division of the city's administrative apparatus is hard at work being ""responsible for more than 960 acres of municipal parkland including neighborhood, community, special use and natural resource parks."" How can you not trust faces like these to keep the sprinklers in working condition, the trails uncluttered with the litter of town jerks, and the hedges trimmed? You can't. That is, you can't not. Er, you know what we mean!
Leaving Your Apartment (Briefly!) In Brighton
What is there to do? To even ask the question is to be halfway to your goal of answering it. Or maybe that just sounds cool to say. In any case, Brighton is glad you asked, because the city's Festival of Lights is just on the horizon, and as you may have noticed, it's getting cold. Here, the town's 32,000 or so residents have a chance to be seen with the guy that rules the holiday season: Santa! Of course the smaller of these residents are likely to be most enthused about this prospect, while the older ones merely contemplate the drudgery of clearing the snow off their driveway in the morning. Nonetheless, fun is usually had by all. Indeed, to all a good night!
Other notable TDO - that'd be Things to Do (is this getting old?) - include the free and open to the public concert series that takes place in various locations throughout Brighton, from Friendship Park to downtown. Now it's not like you're going to see Celine Dion or anything - after all, it's FREE - but you'll be delighted with the ear-satisfying sounds of a motley collection of mostly local musicians entertaining with their jazz, rock, and bluegrass stylings.
Ready to rock yet? We'll lend you our pair of torn jeans. They're cool. They cost us 100 bucks.

What do people do for fun in Brighton?
A suburb of Denver, there are plenty of fun things to do in Brighton. During the winter months, skiing is probably the most popular. During the rest of the year, there is an abundance of hiking, cycling, and swimming; Barr Lake State Park, for example, is a great place to enjoy the outdoors. For the indoor set, a shopping village called the Prairie Center is currently under construction.
