Bay City Players

Come join the Bay City Players for an incredible and entertaining show. This performing troupe does theater like no other, bringing you musicals, dramas, and comedies five times a year. This organization has been stunning attendees since 1917 when they performed in the homes of their members, but has been in the Pines Theater since the 1950s. Other entertainment venues in Bay City include the Van Buren Street Theatre, Starlite Event Center, The Bijou Orchestra, State Theatre, and even the Bay County Fairgrounds, which hosts the annual Bay County Fair and Youth Exposition during the summer.

Bay City Fireworks Fe

No celebration of America’s birthday is complete without fireworks. Come see the annual Bay City Fireworks Festival, taking place around Independence Day each year. It is known to be one of the most spectacular events in the area, with people coming far and wide to marvel at the pyrotechnics. The festival goes on for three nights with the last night being the biggest show. You can also treat your family to their carnival and vendors, as well as enjoying live entertainment before the fireworks display begins. Join the festival for only a small fee per day at either Veterans Memorial Park or Wenona Park.
