Ballston Spa Country

One of the finer golf courses in the area is at Ballston Spa Country Club. Established in 1925 during the golden age of course architecture, this 18-hole golfer’s paradise is great for all levels of play. Being a country club also means that they have a banquet hall, pro shop, tennis courts, and more at the site. It is a great way to burn a day with some friends and enjoy some of the finer things in life. It is a private establishment, so you need to contact the club itself for tours and membership information if you are interested in playing here.

Performing Arts Cente

If any good music comes through town, it is almost a sure thing that they will be playing at the nearby Saratoga Performing Arts Center, or SPAC for short. This large outdoor amphitheater can host huge groups for all sorts of performances. From classical and jazz, to modern rock and opera, they have had all sorts of great shows come through during the years. They even hold the Win and Food Festival here every year. Check the lineup at their website and get tickets in advance because it often sells out for the more popular shows.
