The festival is home to games, live entertainment, and a firework display.
Explore the history of the area with a visit to the B. F. Jones Memorial Library. The structure was built in 1928 and features an Italian Renaissance architecture style. With ornamental plaster ceilings, wrought iron screens, and glass windows, the building is full of stunning beauty. The library is listed on the Pennsylvania Inventory of Historic Places and the National Register of Historic Places. You can visit the library to view the grant building or browse the large selection of books and media. Different programs are hosted at this venue throughout the year.
Parks and Play
Spend the day playing at one of the many parks in Aliquippa. Lefty’s Cepul Field is home to baseball and football fields, along with playground equipment for the little ones. Morrell Field is a quaint little facility that features baseball fields, basketball courts, and tennis nets. Paul Corsi Jr. Park is a unique location that offers play areas and bocce courts.
