MyNewPlace is giving me cash: What's the Catch?
MyNewPlace is not only free for renters to use, we offer $100 or more cash back once you've signed your new lease.
Why? Because property owners pay us a marketing fee for bringing them new renters. When you claim your cash, we know to contact your new landlord and collect our fee. So, offering you cash back helps us make our cash: What's good for the gander is good for the goose!
