Thanks for the note, could you give us a quick summary of how an apartment complex would take advantage of your product and the tax rebates?

Particularly, I (and hopefully our readers) would like to know the up front costs for a larger apartment building, the tax rebates and how much cost that would cut, the long term savings, and of course, the efficiency improvements.

There are a lot of things people can do. Try installing a geothermal system. It is very affordable with the tax rebates that are available.

I would love to live in an eco-friendly apartment and I would pay higher rent to do so. I don't see why more apartment buildings are not trying to green. It will cut down on maintanence costs and it will probably make the apartment more attractive to future renters.

Indeed, Mr. Aholmes, one can make the biggest difference within their own homes.

We will continute to revisit this issue of greener living and renting a green apartment, as many renters are looking for ways to become more eco-friendly.

There are also lots of small home/apt repairs that people can do to make their place more green – fluoro bulbs, energy efficient windows, organic mattress, among other things
