Rent.com is the most like us in the respect that we are both pay-for-performance--i.e. the landlords only pay when we send them a lease and renters receive a rebate when we get paid. As Rent.com grows we cheer them on as the bigger Rent.com gets only further validates the pay-for-performance model for apartment rentals and grows the market for the both of us.I hope you will stay tuned to see the cool stuff we have later thing spring...and keep reading.
