About Visalia, CA

Visalia, California was founded in 1852, just after the Gold Rush that brought thousands of hopeful prospectors pouring into the newly formed state. It's the oldest inland city between Los Angeles and Stockton, and, with its perpetual sunshine and warm weather, one of the biggest and most productive farming communities in the state. As a big city with over 100,000 residents, Visalia offers all the convenience of city life while still providing easy access to the untouched parks of the Sierra Nevada Mountains just a few miles to the east.
