    Mesa Community College

    Mesa Community College is part of the Maricopa County College network, the largest network in the country. Over 100 undergraduate degrees are offered here. Although student/faculty ratios are slightly higher than other universities, the rich community life on campus is one of the main selling points.

    Mesa is the third largest city in Arizona, after Phoenix and Tucson, however, the city itself is actually counted within the bounds of Phoenix. Mesa is known as a bedroom community, and you'll probably do most of your eating, drinking, socializing and exploring in Phoenix, which is only a few minutes away. The city is predominantly Caucasian and was founded by Latter Day Saints, but is no culturally devoid. The Mesa Arts Center and Historical Museum are well regarded.

    Mesa Fiesta - Student Neighborhoods

    Shalimar, Dobson Ranch and Fiesta Park Village are all neighborhoods close by to Mesa Community College. Dobson Ranch has plenty of housing, and there are many other options for apartments in the Fiesta Neighborhood Group.

    Malls and Many More Options

    The Fiesta Mall is quite close to Mesa Community College, giving you plenty of shopping options of all descriptions. Restaurants and grocery stores are also plentiful within the direct MCC area.     Mesa is considered a vey walkable city, and with town planning done well in advance, most of the streets are laid out in an easy to navigate grid pattern. Great for either walkers or drivers.

Los Dos Molinos offers both a great selection of drinks and Mexican food to soak it up with, and Hollywood Alley is also popular.
