About Los Altos, CA

Just an hour south of San Diego is a beautiful little city with a lot of history. Los Altos came to be in the early 1900s when the Southern Pacific Railroad bought up 140 acres of land so that they could establish main points for the railroad to make stops in. Their idea was to have a thriving community that brought them business. The railroad has since closed, but the community is still thriving, and offers residents great living, easy commutes, and fabulous shopping opportunities.
