However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. Cat Restrictions: Small pets (30lbs or less) are $40/month with a $300 pet fee. Large pets (31lbs or more) are $45/month with a $300 pet fee. Pet rent is per pet. One-time non-refundable pet fee is per apartment. Maximum of 2 pets per home. .
