Cats require a $20 monthly pet rent/ $30 for two pets. Pets under 25 lbs. require a $300 deposit, half is refundable. Pets 25-80 lbs. require a $500 deposit, half is refundable. Pets 81-100 lbs. require a $700 deposit, half is refundable. If two pets additional $100 (under 25 lbs.) and $125 (over 25 lbs) non refundable fee. Combined weight must not exceed 100 lbs..
