Windham Apartments Description

Built in 1925 the Windham is a Class 1 all concrete and steel building. The interior walls are plaster over cinderblock. 7 stories tall the building has 52 studio and 7 one bedroom apartments. Wiring, plumbing and a window package were upgrades circa 1982. The Otis elevator was upgraded at about the same time. The buildings location is ideal for downtown Seattle living and affords walking distance access to much of the downtown area. Please Email for an Appointment.
