Two level, three bedroom townhome with 2 baths adds up to 1,384 square feet of space. Extra large living room and kitchen. Family room opens onto private patio, which runs full lenth of residence. Upstairs master bedroom has two walk-in closets, vanity and private entry to bath.

Cats and Dogs are allowed. Maximum weight of pet(s): 70. Maximum number of pet(s): 2. Restrictions or other terms: There is a $300 pet fee $100 of that is refundable, there is an additional pet rent of $10 a month per pet.
