Restrictions or other terms: Cat Restrictions: We require a full month's security deposit if any pets will be coming along. Pet rent is per pet. Dog Restrictions: Maximum of 2 pets per home. Dogs 20lbs or less are $50/mo, 21-75lbs are $75/mo, 76-100lbs are $100/mo. Veterinary documentation is required for each pet. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid .
