One-time fee is $350 for dogs less than 40 lbs., $500 for larger dogs. Rent and fees are per pet! Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid Cat Restrictions: One time fee is $250 per cat. Pet rent and pet fee is per pet. .
