Electric is always $25 per month, renters insurance is $11 per month, Water, Sewage and trash is about $24, rental tax is $16.00 totally to about 890 altogether. Everything is placed on one bill to be easy -- and nothing fluctuates more than a dollar or two a month. If you were to move into the Capri with these options a 1-bedroom, 850 sq feet, 6-month lease you would get 2-weeks free. Which is nice. So that would bring the $812 down to about $779 a month. But I want to make a better offer because I am in a financial bind and want to offer to give free rent for the month of July as I will be out of the lease by then to whomever takes over the lease but you have to do a July 1 lease sign.
