Toler Place Apartments Description

Toler Place Townhomes is a community of 24 townhomes in Irving, Texas; each is on a single story, with the same interior layout. All contain 1,150 square feet of space and have two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. They also have separate dining rooms and kitchens, as well as washer/dryer connections and wood burning fireplaces.Each bedroom has ample closet space, and each unit has a patio off its front door. Almost all of the townhomes have a sideyard of approximately 8 feet by 10 feet. The community is at the dead-ends of two streets in a single family residential neighborhood, and thus, the neighborhood is very quiet. Fischer Toler Place, LP, has been managing Toler Place since 2001. Since then we have engaged in a constant program of replacing fences, carpets and refinishing entrances. We have also repainted many of the Townhomes, replaced landscaping and modernized the Office. We are in a constant state of maintenance and upgrading - all to our tenants' benefit! But don't get us wrong - Toler Place was never run down; we're just about doing constant improvement. Toler Place is close to shopping areas (within one minute) and shopping malls (within five minutes) and is only one minute away from major expressways that lead to downtown Dallas, downtown Fort Worth and the DFW Airport, which is only seven minutes away.
