Pet Policy

Cats and Dogs are allowed. Maximum number of pet(s): 2. Restrictions or other terms: Dog Restrictions: Maximum of 2 pets per home. The one-time fee for one pet is $300, while the fee for two pets is $500. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. Monthly rent per cat is $25, while the monthly rent for dogs is $50. .
