No reptiles or exotic animals please. Fish tanks are not to exceed 55 gallons. Support Animals: If the animal is a service animal for a disabled person, pet deposits are not necessary and breed restrictions do not apply.. Restrictions or other terms: No weight limit. Your pet must be 1 year of age, have had health check & shots & be spayed or neutered. $35/month pet rent for dogs & $25/month pet rent for cats.
