Cats and Dogs are allowed. Maximum weight of pet(s): 75. Maximum number of pet(s): 2. Restrictions or other terms: Pet Fee is $150.00 for each pet under 45 pounds and $300.00 for pets over 45 pounds. Pet fee is non refundable. No monthly pet rent. Management reserves the right to restrict certain breeds of dog such as: Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers (A.K.A. Pit Bulls), Presa Canarios, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Malamutes, Rottweillers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Wolf Hybrids or any mix of the above breeds..
