Pet Policy

Cats and Dogs are allowed. Maximum number of pet(s): 2. Restrictions or other terms: We have no weight limit. A $250 pet deposit; $250 non-refundable pet fee for pets over 12 months of age/$450 non-refundable pet fee for pets under 12 months of age. There is a $25 per month pet rent for the first pet and $40 for two pets. Bull Terriers (Pit, Staffordshire, etc.), Rottweiler’s, Chows, Doberman Pinchers, American Bull Dog, Wolf Hybrids, Shar Pei’s, or mixed breeds with these bloodlines will not be allowed. Cats must be spayed/neutered (kittens before 1 year old)..
