Cats and Dogs are allowed. Maximum weight of pet(s): 80. Maximum number of pet(s): 2. Restrictions or other terms: We allow 2 dogs or 2 cats per apartment home. Our total pet deposit is $300 which is nonrefundable. Our weight limit is 80lbs. All pets must be approved by management. Dog: Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are as follows: Doberman, Chow, Siberian Husky, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Dobeman Pinscher, Alaskan Malamute, Akita, Rotweiler, Pit Bull and all mixes of the above breeds..
