Limit of two cats per apartment. Dogs under 35 pounds accepted with a $300 pet deposit, $150 is non-refundable. Dogs 36 to 65 pounds accepted with a $400 deposit, $200 is refundable, dogs may not exceed sixty five pounds at maturity. $25 per month, per dog, maximum 2 dogs. .
