  We are subletting our fantastic condo located on the south side of Lee Martinez park in the Riverrock Cohousing community because we bought a house and need to move into it! Our lease runs through 4/30/10, but the Landlord told me I could tell the subleter that there is the option of extending the lease through 7/31/10. At that time, she will consider offering the 1 year lease again. The place has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bath, tons of natural light, and is green built and super efficient. The rent includes heat, water, trash and internet - you do pay electric and it has run 25-35 per month for the two of us. We have LOVED living here and the location and condo are fabulous, as are the neighbors. The Cohousing aspect was something we had never heard of before renting here, but what I've found is the people that live here are very into recycling and community, among various other interests. I really enjoyed the community garden and did a lot of work out there this summer.
