There are 3 bedrooms, including a 2nd master bedroom. All 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom and TV. The 2nd master has a king, along with a private bath with a garden tub. The bunkroom holds a queen bunk on the bottom and a full on top, great for the smaller kids or a small family all in one room. The 4th bedroom has a queen and extra space for an airbed or a pack n play. Upstairs, there is a 2nd living area with a private entry and a queen hide-a-bed; a perfect spot for teenagers/young adults that stay out a little later than the rest of your family. There is also a mini-fridge, coffee pot, toaster and blender, so the space can be used as an efficiency apartment. The home offers many wonderful extras such as the rooftop deck, which has a partial water view of the Gulf of Mexico and a perfect view of the community pool right next door. All the electronic comforts of home are here, 6 TVs, 4 DVD players, ipod. Docks up and down, blow dryers in 4 bathrooms, wireless Internet. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home includes the 1st floor 'Captains Quarters' master suite, featuring a king size bed, sitting area, and wheelchair accessible bath/shower. It has its' own private entrance/patio. The spectacular 3rd floor master suite offers a king size bed, with a double bed chaise in the sitting room, great views of the gulf and bay from the private covered deck. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, double vanity sinks, and walk-in closet. The 2nd floor has a full bath and 2 more bedrooms; The 'Rio Room' has 2 twin beds, the 'Jamaica Me Crazy' Room has a queen bed. This home sleeps 10 in beds and 2 in 'blow-ups'. The Lodge overlooks the adult pool and protected dunes.
