Pets are allowed. Other pets are allowed: Policy: We are a pet friendly apartment community! A maximum of 3 pets per apartment(no more than 2 dogs)shall be accepted. No aggresive breeds will be accepted (See list below). A one time non-refundable pet fee is required of $225 per pet and an additional $10 pet rent each month per pet. We do not accept certain breeds of dogs or mixes of the following breeds including: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane.
