Originally built in 1921 respectively, The Roosevelt High School (previously Atlanta Girls High School) and the adjacent gymnasium building have lots of character and great care was taken to preserve that during renovation. All apartments include Euro-style kitchens, mini-blinds and ceiling fans. The community sits on 6.2 acres with wonderful landscaping that creates a "park-like" atmosphere and is surrounded by a controlled access gate system. A swimming pool and sundeck, laundry facility and fitness room are also provided.
