No smoking Cats & small dogs with fee, big dogs not allowed. <BR><BR>We have renovated this duplex putting in a brand new kitchen with new cabinets, new floor, new fixtures, new dishwasher, new tiled backsplash, new counter. We also installed new ceiling fans in upstairs bedrooms, painting, installed new energy efficient exterior/entry doors, and lots of other small things. Brand new plush stainmaster carpet. <BR><BR>The unit has one very big bedroom with a ceiling fan, one smaller bedroom. This, in my opinion, makes it great for couples (or people who want to sleep in the same bed/room, or singles who live alone). You sleep in the big room, the little room is your office. Also, the big bedroom faces the quieter side of the building, and has trees directly to the east, this means no sunlight waking you up if you want to sleep in. <BR><BR>KITCHEN <BR>I went to college at MSU, I've lived in apartments around east lansing, and been in many others. I have never seen such a large apartment kitchen. It is 11x15. Nice stained glass chandelier on the wall you can't see over a table spot.<BR><BR>LOCATION <BR>This is a great location. It is on Greencrest, which is just off of the corner of Hagadorn and Haslett. You are 100 yards or less from bus stops that'll take you to Campus or Okemos/Meridian Mall. You can bike up Hagadorn to grand river in a few minutes, or walk it in 20. There are middle, elementary, and preschools half a mile straight up Hagadorn. YMCA half a mile up Haslett. The neighborhood is very friendly with lots of couples with young kids, and I mean very friendly. People are always out in their front yards chatting with neighbors, offering to help us even when they thought we were moving in. The lower level is rented to a couple that has been together 5 years.
