We also have a bark park, carports and one-car garages. We are just off I-64, close to beaches, dining, shopping and entertainment. Restrictions or other terms: Dog Restrictions: Our one-time non-refundable fee for pets under 25 lbs is $300 with a monthly rent of $25; over 26 lbs is $400 per pet with a monthly rent of $35. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid .
