Cats and Dogs are allowed. Restrictions or other terms: Policy: We invite you and your pets to check out Post Properties of Uptown! We welcome the following pet types: Dogs, cats, fish, and caged birds. Number of pets per apartment: Up to two pets per apartment. Our pet weight limit is as follows: One pet up to 80 pounds or two pets with a combined weight not to exceed 80 pounds. At Post, we do not set a minimum or maximum age limit on your pet! Our pet deposit requirements are as follows: The deposit for one pet is a $250 deposit, $350 fee and for pets weighing less than 30 pounds. One pet weighing more than 30 pounds or two pets with a combined weight not to exceed 80 pounds has a $350 deposit, $750 fee. The manager has discretion regarding each property's pet policy. Aquariums greater than 10 gallons require proof of insurance. All breeds must be approved by management. Restricted breeds are as follows: Rottweiler, Doberman, German shepherd, pitbull, chow, reptiles, and pot bellied pgs. (Insurance deems as high risk) .
