If you’re into golf, this is the place for you. There are plenty of courses to choose from as golf courses occupy an awful big part of this area of the desert. One of the standout clubs is the Bermuda Dunes Country Club. It has been a part of the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic since it began, way back in 1960. This place has been played on by Clark Cable, Arnold Palmer (yup, the guy who invented that whole iced tea and lemonade combo), Jack Nicklaus, Phil Mickelson, and tons of other golfing big-wigs. The club is gorgeous, top-notch, and the perfect place to order an “Arnold Palmer” on a hot day.
