All of our apts. are equipped with water saver fixtures to help keep your utility expenses down. The heat & air conditioning systems are heat pump operated which also help to keep your utility expense down. The living rm., dining rm. & bedrooms are fully carpeted. The kitchen, utility room & bathroom are stylishly tiled. The living rm. dining rm. combination is a spacious 20x21.1. There is generous closet space for your extra storage needs. We have 24 hour maintenance personnel & permit parking only. Our grounds are professionally maintained. The playground area is nestled in natural surroundings. Picnic tables and grills are provided for our residents.
