Sublet available from the first week or two of January 2010 until the beginning of Junedates are somewhat flexible. The house is near Mills College in a quiet, friendly and safe neighborhood. There are 3 bedrooms but I generally pack some of my stuff away in one of them so it ends up being 2 rooms that can be used. There is 1 bathroom. The house sits in a beautiful garden setting and is fully equipped and ready to move into. I prefer 12 responsibles which has worked perfectly in the past that dont smoke and dont have pets. The rent is 1500.00 per month plus a portion of some utilities. A deposit and references are required. There is a lot of flexibility in the way this can be done depending on both partys needs.
