Cats and Dogs are allowed. Maximum number of pet(s): 2. Restrictions or other terms: Cat Restrictions: Deposit is per home, rent is per pet. Maximum of 2 pets per home. Dog Restrictions: Rent for dogs up to 39 lbs: $55/month; dogs 40+ lbs: $85/month. Our pet-friendly community welcomes most breeds of dogs in select buildings. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. .
