Pet Policy

Cats and Dogs are allowed. Maximum number of pet(s): 2. Restrictions or other terms: $500 additional deposit for pets ( No pet rent on cats ). Maximum 2 pets per apartment. Indoor cats only. Pet rent for dogs are as follows: 1-35 lbs = $35, over 35lbs= $50 per month & per dog. No weight limit on pets, just breed restrictions on dogs. Breed Restrictions: No Pit Bulls (including Pit Bull Mixes), Staffordshire Bull Terriors, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, German Shepherds. Please call on-site if you have any questions..
