Lincoln Green is a wonderful apartment community nestled in the northwestern side of Greensboro. We are directly across the street from the Guilford Historic Military Park which includes over 11 miles of hiking, biking, and walking trails, and we have two fishing lakes right here on our property. We are also close to all kinds of shopping and entertainment, and we are only ten minutes from downtown Greensboro. In addition to the neighborhood surrounding Lincoln Green, the neighborhood within Lincoln Green is delightful and full of plenty of entertainment. In addition to the two stocked fishing lakes I mentioned above, we also have two sparkling swimming pools implemented with brand-new salt-water technology, and two lighted tennis courts. Our 24 hour fitness center is spacious and has a variety of cardio machines, weight machines, step machines, a punching bag, and free weights. Currently, we are trying to organize Yoga and Pilates classes for the near future, too! We offer resident functions once a month (which always have high attendance - a great way to meet your neighbors!), and we always have hot coffee and freshly baked cookies waiting for you in our clubhouse. Lincoln Green has an award-winning maintenance team that is on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Lincoln Green offers amazing, limited specials; so please make sure to contact our leasing office in order to not miss out on these great rates. Our Community has four beautiful one-bedroom floor plans ranging from 584 to 798 square feet starting at $595 and going to $780. The two larger apartments (the Birch and the Cypress) have washer/dryer connections. We also have two two-bedroom floor plans. Our two-bedroom, one bath apartment (the Magnolia) is 921 square feet and has a lovely main bedroom with a dressing area that connects to the bathroom. The Magnolia price ranges from $780 to $840.
