Cats and Dogs are allowed. Maximum number of pet(s): 2. Restrictions or other terms: There is a maximum of 2 cats or 2 dogs or 1 dog and 1 cat per apartment. Cats are $150 nonrefundable fee & $10 per month per cat. Dogs are $250 nonrefundable fee plus $20 per month per dog. Weight limit 45 lbs or 2 dogs total weight combined 45 lbs..
