Pet deposit for 2 cats: $400 ($200 non ref). Pet deposit for 1 dog: $300 ($200 non ref). Pet deposit for 2 dogs: $500 ($300 non ref). Dogs less than 1 yr old require additional deposit. 1 dog under 70 lbs at full growth - 2nd dog under 30 lbs at full growth. No monthly pet rent. Breed restrictions: Akita, Pitt Bulls including Staffordshire Terrier, Canario, Chow, Doberman, German Shepard, Great Dane, Huskies, Malamute, Rottweiler.
