Welcome to the Independence Hall Apartments. Independence Hall is a two hundred and ninety two unit federally subsidized affordable apartment complex that serves low-income seniors and disabled. Independence Hall Mutual Housing Association is a resident controlled, not-for-profit organization. The property is the largest provider of affordable housing to the disabled in the city of Houston. Each tenant gets a free computer and internet on request.

Cats and Dogs are allowed. Maximum weight of pet(s): 20. Maximum number of pet(s): 1. Restrictions or other terms: $200-$250 refundable pet deposit. Pets must have current vaccinations and city licenses and must be on a leash outdoors. Breed restrictions apply. .
