Cats and Dogs are allowed. Maximum number of pet(s): 2. Restrictions or other terms: Cat Restrictions: Small pets (30 lbs or less) are $40/month. Large pets (31 lbs or more) are $70/month. Pet fee is per apartment and monthly pet rent is per pet. Maximum of 2 pets per home. Dog Restrictions: Dogs must be current with vaccinations and registered with the leasing office. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. .
